Jiu jitsu is the foundation of our training, but we incorporate other disciplines, including judo, kick-boxing and karate, so that your self-defense foundation is well-rounded and effective.

JIU JITSU FOR KIDS
Jiu Jitsu teaches kids discipline, respect, self-control, and confidence. Our kids classes are built on the same foundation as our adult classes, and are aimed at setting your kids up for success by improving their coordination, balance, and focus – as well as teaching the necessary skills to de-escalate situations and defend themselves if necessary.
